Delana's Cakes: Hooten and the Lady - Cake for Wedding scene

I had the honour of making 3 wedding cakes for Red Planet Pictures. It was for the production of Hooten and the Lady, the new adventure series for the British TV channel, Sky1. The 3 cakes had to be exactly the same so that, should one get damaged during filming the action scene, it could be replaced by another. They wanted all 4 tiers to be real cake so there was a whole lot of baking and decoration going on getting everything ready. Of course myself and my whole kitchen was covered in gold dust more times than I could count!!
